Breast Augmentation and Lift Before & After Case 20

This 29 year old mother of two boys was feeling like her breasts were deflated and droopy. She did not want them to be much bigger but rather was looking for an improved shape and less "floppiness".

5' 5' tall and 147 lbs.

During her consultation it was clear that she needed too large of an implant than she was comfortable with to restore a young shape to her breasts without doing a breast lift. Since her main goal was to achieve a less saggy looking breast, a small augmentation was combined with a standard vertical mastopexy (short scar breast lift).

Round, 322 cc cohesive silicone gel implants were used. She has been happy with her results. At the time of her photos, 1 year after surgery she has regained some looseness to her breasts but she is happy with her natural look and does not want to consider further skin tightening.
