Breast Augmentation and Lift Before & After Case 178

This 50 year old woman was interested in revisional breast surgery as she felt her breasts were too heavy and sitting lower than ideal. Her previous implants were Style 115 322cc silicone gel implants in a subglandular position. Asymmetries including a larger and lower right breast were reviewed at consultation. A breast lift with removal and replacement of implants with a smaller size was recommended. Inspira SSLP 280cc implants were selected and kept in the subglandular position.

After surgery she was very happy with the smaller size, improved tone and more comfort to her breasts. The photos were taken 5 months after surgery.
