Breast Augmentation and Lift Before & After Case 16

This 35 year old woman wanted to improve the appearance of her breasts. She has 4 children and was finished with adding to her family. After the last pregnancy her breast really deflated and sagged. Prior to this she was a "D" cup. With her last pregnancy she weighed 210 lbs. At 5' 8" and 150 lbs, she was comfortable with the rest of her proportions.  Her goal was to achieve a "proportional" and more uplifted looking breast.

During the examination it was discussed that she had very poor breast tone and severe sagging. A breast lift or a breast lift with an augmentation was offered to her. She elected to choose a larger than recommended implant combined with a standard breast lift. She felt that she wanted a large breast again and was willing to accept the higher risks of premature sagging, more chance of rippling and a higher chance of needing additional surgery during her lifetime. The implants were round, cohesive silicone gel. Each implant was 440 cc.

She has been very happy with the results. She described her experience as a "dream come true!".
