Tummy Tuck Before & After Case 94

This 38-year-old woman was seen in the office to address loose skin and an overhang on her abdomen. She had worked very hard to lose over 100 lbs and had maintained the weight loss for some time.

An extended abdominoplasty was performed.  

She was extremely happy with the results. Photographs were taken 3 months post op. Scars are continuing to mature and are expected to fade with more time.

Dr. Mosher notes that extreme weight loss and previous surgeries do create more challenges. In some cases, the goals of surgery need to be adjusted but worthwhile improvements are still achievable.
