Tummy Tuck Before & After Case 5

This is a 35 year old mother of two children who was a "D" cup during her pregnancy. Her last child was born via C-section. She felt it was time to do something for herself and wanted to improve her breast and tummy.

She was 5'4" and 123 lbs.

After her consultation she was felt to be an excellent candidate for breast and tummy surgery. This was contingent upon her continuing to not smoke and the maintenance of a healthy lifestyle. She understood that there was little that could be done about her stretch marks but they many would look improved with a tighter abdomen.

 In order to stay with her wishes of keeping her scar as low as possible,  a modified abdominoplasty was performed that removed less skin but still allowed for tightening of the muscle layer. 

She had a breast augmentation performed at the same time to optimize her body shape.
