This 28 year old mother of 2 came to our office to discuss surgery options. She was finished having children and wanted to address laxity and stretch marks to her abdomen as well as add more volume to her breasts.

Her surgical options were discussed and the associated risks and expectations were reviewed.

Inspira SSM implants, were chosen and placed in a subpectoral position through a crease incision. A standard abdominoplasty was performed to address excess skin and muscle laxity to her abdomen.
