This 34 year old mother of 2 came to our office to discuss an abdominoplasty. She had been bothered for several years by the excess volume and shape to the area as well as skin laxity, and stretch marks.

During her consult, options to address her concerns as well as excess volume to flanks were discussed. After reviewing the risks and expectations with surgery, patient was happy to move forward with the options agreed upon. An extended incision abdominoplasty and liposuction to the upper abdomen and flanks was performed.

Photos are taken 5 months post operation. Scars will continue to improve over 1-2 years time and for skin of color this may take even longer.
