This 49 year old woman was looking for improvement to her abdomen. In preparation for her consultation, she lost 30 pounds and quit smoking. She hoped to get rid of her overhang that made wearing fitted clothing very uncomfortable.

5' 3", 170 lbs.

She was felt to be good candidate for an extended incision abdominoplasty. Her goals for improvement and not perfection were quite realistic. She also understood that continuing with a healthy diet and regular exercise was essential to achieve the best results.
