This 5'3" mother of three was bothered by the round appearance and loose skin to her abdomen after finishing her family which included a twin pregnancy. 

She had extensive damage to the skin and abdominal wall which included a prominent diastasis and ventral hernia. A standard tummy tuck was discussed including the likelihood of a vertical incision above her abdominoplasty scar.
