This 53 year old mother of two from Surrey, was unhappy with the loose skin and shape of her abdomen. She demonstrated poor torso shape, laxity of the skin and musculo-fascial layers as well as having excess fat on the flanks and abdomen. 

A standard abdominoplasty with liposuction of the hips and flanks was recommended. She elected to defer liposuction of the flanks as this was less of a concern to her. Liposuction was not performed.

She was very happy with the results of her surgery and how much better her clothes fit.  The post-operative photos were taken 5 months after surgery.
