This 43 year old male was bothered by excess fat to his torso. Even with diet and exercise he felt that he was unable to improve the shape of his abdomen and flanks. Further weight loss was recommended. However, after discussion about the limitations and risks of surgery, liposuction of the torso was performed with an uneventful recovery. 

The patient was very happy with his results and became motivated about improved eating habits. The photos were taken 6 months after surgery where he has sustained a 10 lb weight loss.
