Mommy Makeover Before & After Case 299

This 45 year old woman came to our office to discuss a "Mommy Makeover". She had recently lost a substantial amount of weight and was bothered by the laxity and excess skin to her abdomen as well as shape and size of her breasts. She had previously undergone a breast reduction in 2002.

Examination of this patient revealed that she had good abdominal muscle tone and no excess volume to abdomen. Surgery options and risks to improve laxity for both areas and implant styles and profiles were discussed with patient. 

A bilateral breast lift and augmentation was performed with a standard abdominoplasty. This client did not require muscle tightening to improve her shape. 

Inspira SSLP 250 cc silicone gel implants were selected were place in a subpectoral position through a crease incision.

The scars as as expected and will continue to heal and fade over the next 2 years. 

Photos were taken 4 months post operation
