This 33 year old mother of four was bothered by the shape and lack of tone to her abdomen and breasts.

An extended abdominoplasty with flank liposuction was recommended. Breast lift with a small volume breast augmentation was recommended over breast augmentation alone. However, the patient was accepting of the changes associated with breast augmentation without a breast lift. She understood that breast lift surgery may need to be considered in the future. 

Inspira SRX 550 cc implants were placed in a dual plane position using a crease incision. She has been very happy with the results from her mommy makeover.
