Mommy Makeover Before & After Case 146

This 38 year old mother of three was bothered by the full appearance and loose/wrinkled skin of her abdomen. She was also interested in restoring volume to her breasts in order to fill out her clothes better and restore her proportions. 

A "mommy makeover"  consisting of a standard abdominoplasty was performed with bilateral breast augmentation. 

The implants selected were based on recommendations by Dr. Mosher after careful assessment of her tissues. Shaped cohesive silicone gel implant MF 335 cc on the right side and MF 295 cc on the left to help improve her proportions and address mild asymmetries.

Abdominoplasty included the need for an umbilical hernia repair and a short vertical scar for optimal shaping.
